Securely repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture pieces.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
